On Wednesday 23rd June, we were joined by a panel of experts to explore how to unlock the value of ARRS (Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme) for your PCN.
Since the introduction of ARRS, there has been some uncertainty around the additional value some of these new roles bring.
In this webinar, we heard how organisations are making the most of their ARRS staff, unlocking value and supporting the delivery of population health.
Our diverse panel of experts discussed:
- Why you should start with the roles, but rather with the problems you are trying to solve, and why you should focus on skills, not roles.
- How these additional roles can help provide support for complex needs and same-day demand.
- Some of the common objections to ARRS, and resolutions for each.
