IMPORTANT FOR ALL STAFF:

You will see the option to upload your Passport, CV and DBS. However, please note, you have a special relationship set up with us, so you do not need to upload these documents to Lantum. This special set up is often referred to as ‘skip governance’. You can ignore the document section on your Lantum profile and move straight to the ‘Find Work’ tab. Shifts will appear when they have been posted and you will be able to apply instantly.

VOLUNTEERS

Thank you for giving up your time to volunteer supporting us to deliver the most important vaccination programme of our lifetimes.

As a volunteer when you click the sign up link, you will be taken to the normal staff bank page. Please DO NOT submit the information required as you are a volunteer and these are not needed.

CLINICAL STAFF

You will need your Registration number handy when you are signing up (GMC, NMC etc). Please complete the whole sign up process without leaving the page.

Please note if you are a Non-Registered Vaccinator, please sign up as a Medical Student.

How to get paid - Clinical Staff Only
By signing up to work with Harness for Vaccination services, you confirm that you will fulfil this work as self-employed contractor and as such, bear sole responsibility for declaring this income to HMRC for tax and NI purposes.
Once you have worked a shift, you will be prompted to update/confirm your timesheet. Once the timesheet has been confirmed the invoice is created. In most cases, you will be paid the next business day by Lantum.
