Join the NHS Northamptonshire Multidisciplinary Staff Bank

We’re using new technology to make it even easier to find work across NHS Northamptonshire. In partnership with Lantum, you can now sign up to our new digital staff bank. 

• Work directly with Practice Managers and be notified when sessions are posted.
• Communicate directly with Practice Managers from your smartphone or computer and stay in control of your own schedule.
  

What is Lantum?

Lantum is the UK’s leading digital staffing platform for primary care, connecting hubs and practices with clinical staff to fill rota gaps. The software allows managers to post unfilled shifts, while our community of clinicians can search and apply for those shifts, all in one central location.

What do I need to do now?

1. Sign up using the 'Join the NHS Northamptonshire Staff Bank' button below - this may involve creating a new account or entering existing login details.
2. GPs, Practices Nurses and ANPs should upload their core documents to the platform - these are a CV, Enhanced DBS and valid Passport.
3. Upload your payment details to the platform, as this is how you will receive payment for sessions.
4. Download Lantum's mobile app on the App Store or Google Play.
5. Search for jobs in your area or wait for notifications about new sessions!
