What is Lantum?

Lantum is the UK’s leading digital staffing platform for primary care, connecting hubs and practices with clinical staff to fill rota gaps. Our software allows rota managers to post unfilled shifts, while our community of clinicians can search and apply for those shifts, all in one central location.

What does this mean for other Staff Banks in London?

Existing staff bank projects in south east London will not be affected. The South East London ICS Staff Bank acts as an additional resource that is complimentary to any existing banks in the region. 

What does this mean for me?

• You’ll be able to pick up sessional and flexible work across GP Practices through South East London when they become available, you will be notified via email
• You could be requested and assigned into shifts with your favourite practices
• Work as a sole trader. HMRC provide a step by step guide to setting yourself up as a sole trader. Please see Set up as a sole trader - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
  

After you have signed up

You also need to ensure that you've uploaded your core documents in order to have your profile verified by Lantum’s Clinical Governance Team. Click ‘My Account’ and ‘Upload Documents’, then upload the following;

• CV
• DBS (enhanced), dated within three years
• Passport
